Dear teams, 

Yesterday evening, the French authorities ask us to report Trophée Mille International, following the development of the COVID-19 epidemic, which has become a “case of force majeure” in France. We welcomed this decision with sadness but with understanding. Indeed, our priority is the safety of our participants and their accompanying persons and the current situation will not allow us to welcome you in the best conditions.

Unfortunately, in view of the school planning of our 15 international teams, and the expenses already incurred by each one, our association will not be able to postpone the International Trophy until the end of the school year.

We know that this decision will be difficult for the 30 participants of this 10th edition and we share their disappointment…

International Trophée Mille is a gastronomic contest for students of culinary arts. It is open to all school of the catering fields, all over the world. The next contest will be the 16th of March, in the Congress Centre of Reims.

15 teams from 15 different countries were selected and are invited at this Trophy.
Contest is open and free for visitors from 9 AM to 12 AM.

15 Chefs will be on place to guide and transmit their french gastronomy passion. At the end of contest, they will selected the best team which win the 10th International Trophée Mille.

CHICKEN "POULETTE"

This animal is a young female chicken who is not yet considered as adult. Its pulpit is tasty and firm. Julien, Patrick and Corentine Cogniard are attentive breeders and try to work in a closed circuit within the farm, with the constant concern for quality and respect for the land and animals.

REIMS VINEGAR

This vinegar is made from the champagne marc, with respect of local tradition. It is aged in cellars barrels for 1 year and offers a finesse and a woody bouquet. This vinegar is a unique product on the market.

CHAMPAGNE

Celebration, luxury and delicacy are usually synonym of Champagne. Brut Carte Jaune is a beautiful wine, representative of the Veuve Clicquot Style. This Champagne is really appreciated for its fines bubbles, but also for its seductive and balanced taste : white fruit and toasty aromas sign this beverage to make it a key wine.

ACACIA HONEY

Jean-François Brunsart develops acacia honey using gentle and ecological practices. He treats his hives with BIO essential oils and constantly strives for a balance between the welfare of bees and the quality of honey.
