Trophée Mille Czech Republic is a gastronomic contest for students of culinary arts. It is open to all schools of the catering fields, in Czech Republic. The next contest will be the 16th of November, in the Citypark mall, located in the city of Jihlava.  

8 teams from 8 different schools were selected and invited at this Trophy.
Contest will be open and free for visitors from 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

REQUIRED PRODUCTS FOR contest

RABBIT

We consider rabbit meat to be easily digestible, with fine muscle fibers, minimal collagen and low fat. Its texture and composition resembles that of poultry. The advantage of rabbit meat is a shorter heat treatment time. It is a rich source of full-fledged proteins.

POTATOES

"What we give to our soil is returned to us in the delicious taste of our potatoes." Under the smooth skin of the Czech variety it will pleasantly surprise, on the plate a beautiful looking, deep yellow flesh. The cooking type B guarantees the variety of universal cooking and its good storage.

WHITE CHEESE

Cottage cheese - a great dairy food product, a place not only in the diet of athletes, but also all who are looking for a basic high protein content. Curd is a dairy product that is usually stiffer in consistency and white in color. It is formed by the precipitation of casein, one of the basic milk proteins.
